If you want to make a reservation we need to know the following;

How and from where you will be coming to Siem Reap and travel details, flight number, exact arrival time and if you want to be picked up (see transportation for details). After our confirmation you need to send us another mail (or phone to 855 (0) 63 963 240) 3 days prior to arrival to keep your reservation.

NOTE that we do not accept reservations from people traveling by bus from Bangkok, due to the scam of the travel company, but of course you are welcome to see if we still have rooms available the day you arrive, if you can make your way here, or the next day.
